I have joined this health club recently. I did hear a lot of stuff about it before joining..a few tag lines which said, the biggest gym in India and a few more of such kind(which have gone out of my mind..OutOfMemoryException thrown).
Well, i have to say it does stand to most of the stuff that those tag lines said, sophisticated equipment, cool environment, helping guides/trainers and all that you want to have for a health club. The best part is the decent locality and the decent crowd that comes there, which would keep you comfortable doing all those fitness programs with no hesitation or embarrassment...!!!
The equipments such as ellipticals or cross trainers, exercycles, treadmills have a TV set fitted onto it..so u can exercise ur way watching TV..!!!
I'm not sure how to exactly calculate or of the method to go ahead and analyse whether it's worth the value of the money that u put into it...but i've to say there are a lot of joining/membership plans and you can chose the one that fits you the best!!
